Reformer

Spring-loaded resistance, gravity-friendly precision

The signature carriage-and-spring apparatus. Smooth, low-impact resistance that meets you where you are. Brilliant for building strength without crushing joints, and for fine-tuning the small stabilising muscles that quietly keep you upright.

Tower

Spring-tower work for taller stretches and deeper opens

A vertical apparatus that turns the mat into a fully-loaded station. Tower classes lean into mobility and length, with strap and bar work that opens the shoulders and lengthens the spine in ways the reformer alone cannot.

Mat

The original method. Floor, breath, bodyweight.

No machines. Just the floor, a mat, your breath, and the precise sequence Joseph Pilates designed first. Mat classes train deep core control, build a strong centre, and are perfect for taking the practice home with you.

Barre

Ballet-inspired conditioning. Quick, sharp, joyful.

Small, controlled movements at the barre that fire up the glutes, thighs and core. Less about being a dancer and more about smart, precise reps that leave you trembling in the best way. Pilates principles, faster tempo.

Jumpboard

The cardio cousin. Reformer with lift-off.

A jumpboard attaches to the reformer and lets you bound horizontally against the springs. Low-impact on the joints, high-effort on the heart. Imagine plyometric training that respects your knees.
